Our Story

Two cultures, one table.

Sorso means "a sip" in Italian — a small, perfect moment. We built this prosecco bar around exactly that: the ritual of slowing down, sharing a plate, and letting an Italian afternoon stretch into a Ukrainian evening.

The menu is honest. Bubbles from the Veneto. Burrata with truffle honey. Crêpes our grandmothers would recognize. Every plate is made to share, and every glass is built to pair.
